The items that comprise each package are described below. Individual items may be ordered separately.

Data sharing

We would like to use customer C-POD data to help us improve the accuracy and sensitivity of the C-POD PC software train filter and species identification. Any software improvements we make will always be retrospectively applicable to all data sets and new versions of the C-POD software will be available free of charge, so that you can re-analyse your data.

If you send us a copy of your C-POD data, we will, in return, provide brief feedback on the quality of your datasets free of charge. Any data you send us will be kept in complete confidence and will not be published.

Consultancy

We offer a data analysis and interpretation consultancy service. Please contact us about you requirements, using the process below.

Concessions

Chelonia Limited may offer concessions to selected organisations undertaking cetacean conservation projects. Please include relevant details when you make a preliminary enquiry (see below).

The ordering process usually consists of the following steps. Please choose the appropriate option below.

If you are not sure of your requirements or would like to discuss your project with us, please contact us at team@chelonia.co.uk.	If you are sure of your requirements and would like a quotation, including costs and delivery time, please contact us at team@chelonia.co.uk.	When you have an agreed price and delivery time. Orders may be placed by email to team@chelonia.co.uk. or in writing.

When placing an order, please provide the following information:

name of the person placing the order
contact telephone number
name of the organisation
delivery address
email address where the invoice should be sent
your VAT number if you are VAT registered in the European Community and would like to pay the tax locally
the date by which you require your order. Please allow up to 12 weeks for your order to be despatched. Wherever possible, we will endeavour to deliver your PODs well within this time.

Please note that customers ordering on behalf of clients are responsible for ensuring payment.

Your order will be sent via carrier and delivery times from despatch will vary. Please note that, wherever possible, Chelonia Limited endeavours to re-use packaging materials.
