PurchasesPlease note that by ordering goods from Chelonia Limited, you agree to the terms and conditions described here. Data ProtectionWhen you submit an order, you are allowing Chelonia Limited to use your personal details solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Personal data is collected in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act, 1998. Any information you give will only be used to provide the service you have requested and will not be disclosed to any other organisations or individuals outside Chelonia Limited. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone. Use of dataIn order to refine the C-POD analysis software, you agree to provide us with all your raw C-POD data. We will use it to optimise the C-POD PC software to develop a more accurate and sensitive train filter and improve species identification. The software improvements will always be retrospectively applicable to all data sets and new versions of the C-POD software will be available to you free of charge, so that you can re-analyse your data. In return, we will provide brief feedback on the quality of all datasets received. Title of goodsRisk of damage to or loss of goods shall pass to the buyer at the time of delivery. Both goods and any data collected are the property of Chelonia Limited until paid for in full, at which time ownership (title) of the goods and data will pass to the buyer. Customers ordering on behalf of clients are responsible for ensuring payment. Damaged goods and claimsIn the unlikely event that goods are delivered damaged, customers must notify Chelonia Limited in writing within one week of receipt of the goods. FaultsIf you think you have a fault, please contact us immediately to discuss it. We may be able to resolve the problem over the phone or by email. If you enquiry is urgent, please telephone. RepairsWe offer a free repair service on PODs providing the damage has not arisen from ingress of water, misuse, violent impacts or prolonged vibration. Return post and packing of the repaired POD will be paid by Chelonia Limited. This service is available for 2 years from the date of despatch. Faults experienced after 2 years from date of despatch will be repaired at cost. A quotation will be supplied on request after the POD has been inspected. VAT and post and packing costs will be applied to the total. Returns
