Under the terms of the General Data Protection Policy, Chelonia Limited is what’s known as the Controller of the personal data you provide to us. When you use our products and services, join our C-POD User Group or contact us, we collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, username, or email address. This information is not shared with third parties and you can unsubscribe from the User Group at any time by email or via the website.

If you make a purchase, we collect personal information in connection with the purchase. This information includes payment information, billing, shipping, and contact details.

What we do with your data

All the personal data we process is located and processed by our staff in the UK. We do not share your data with anyone else. We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data.

How long we keep your data

We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.

What are your rights

If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted.
