Freeware: Sea-state analyzer

This free-to-use program, NixPix.exe (488 KB), calculates sets of visual noise values from .jpg images of the sea. These values may be a more powerful explanatory co-variate for visual sighting performance of small cetaceans than Beaufort sea states.
